Celebrates Annual Fest 2017-18

Delhi. Elite International School, Sonia Vihar celebrated its Annual Fest 2017-18 “Umang” on 19th of January 2018 at school premises.

DCP (North-East) Mr. A.K. Singla graced over the occasion as the Chief Guest. Various distinguished guests like ACP (Khajuri Khas) Mr. Rajnikant, SHO
(Sonia Vihar) Mr. Daya Sagar, Mr. Mudit Aggarawal son of Ex-MP Mr. J.P. Aggarawal & Mr. Rajkumar Jain were also present on this occasion.
These Dignitaries were welcomed by Vice-Chairman APMC (Shahadra, Ghazipur, Delhi) Ch. Surender Singh. Programme was started by lightening the lamp and
Ganesh Vandana performed by the students of the school. School students presented a cultural and colourful programme to add glamour.
Theme of this event was “Navrasa”. Based on Navrasa students performed various cultural programme and mesmerised the audience with their performances.
Two students of the school Kanak & Siddhi Rawat danced & sang respectively and took the audience on an emotional tour. “Asmita Theatre Group” also performed
Nukkad Natak and raised woman related issues on the stage and forced audience to think over that.
On this occasion students were given away the prizes and merit certificates for excellence in studies, sports, drawing as well as writing by the Chief
Guest and school management. Addressing the students and parents Mr. Singla emphasised on imparting quality and moral based education to the student.
Director of the school Mr. Praveen Kumar & Naveen Kumar told on this occasion that their sole objective is not to provide education only to the students
but also provide every opportunity for their all round development. As an Anchor Santosh Tandon & Ekta did their work very well. Parents with their kids
participated in this programme with great enthusiasm.
